Once again we'll be holding our Build a Guy competition in advance of Holyhead & District Round Table Bonfire and Fireworks Night on the 5th November. The competition will be to make "a Guy" measuring 5' to 6' feet tall which can be sat on a chair with the winning entry sitting on the very top of the bonfire on the night.
All local schools and youth clubs are invited to enter and the winning entry will receive £200 prize money. It makes a good project for the children, discussing the history of Guy Fawkes whilst creatively designing and making the Guy.
To enter you need to download, fill in, and send us the application form (Link below). You then need to bring along your guy and some children from your school or club to Holyhead Town Hall on Wednesday 3rd November (Time TBC).
